Drop-in weekly half-hour sessions – and if you can, set aside 15mins after the session to write in your journal together (you’ll be given instruction).
Tuesdays 13th, 20th, 27th April

5pm Australian Eastern Standard Time
Meeting room opens 5 mins before the start. Arrive on time as the meeting room will close 5 mins after the start. Login to as many days as you wish. Bring a journal to write down your thoughts and writings.

Research has shown that the brain actually changes in response to regular mindfulness practice and that mindfulness can reduce stress and sometimes reduce physical pain, and boost happiness, creativity, memory and concentration. Mindfulness is recommended by the NHS. I have found it enriches and deepens my writing practice, and sparks new poems.

Cath is an award-winning poet and nonfiction writer living in London. She teaches poetry, creative writing and mindfulness. She has practised meditation and mindfulness for over twenty years in Australia and UK (a team member for countless retreats and courses). She’s an active member of London Buddhist Centre where she set up monthly mindfulness and social action group. Cath trains with Breathworks mindfulness teacher training.
