I’ll be scooting from the 24hr novel writing to read some poems at the Loose Muse anthology launch (I’ll be right near the end bit). I’ve a couple of pieces in the anthology which includes the best of women’s poetry and prose. It’s linked to the well known women writers night hosted by Agnes Meadows. It’ll be a fabo mix of writers so worth popping into the the Whitechapel Art Gallery (upstairs – with a view!), 77-82 Whitechapel High Street, London E1 7QX on 29thFebruary, 7-9pm, £1 donation (literally two minutes walk from Aldgate East tube station). I’ll post more info about the where to get the book if you don’t make it to the launch soon.  http://loose-muse.com/home-2/

We need your ideas….What would you do with an extra day?

We are inviting people to tweet their answer to the following question: What would you do with an extra day? Don’t forget to include the hashtag #24hourbook (and give us a heads up @STWevents). All ideas will be read by our writing teams and may inform the direction of the book.

Next we’ll be issuing a call for images to inspire the writers. Please join us on @STWevents, or ‘like’ our facebook page for more details about this, and how to get involved on the day….look out for info on where to get the book after the launch!
